Previously, Mr. Preda was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Banc One Capital Markets, where he focused on providing investment banking advisory services to the bank's middle market and large corporate clients. She began her career at Ernst & Young and left the firm as a resident in the national professional practice office. The third quarter of 2021 was a strong one for GCM Grosvenor. Prior to that, she was a Senior Accountant at Apartment Investment Management Company. Ms. Griffin focuses on expanding the firms small, emerging and diverse manager platform. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Shah was an Investment Banking Associate at Banc of America Securities, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and potential transactions, primarily in media and telecom industries.
